January 14, 2026
January always feels like a quiet doorway—less about rushing into goals, and more about taking stock of what the last year shaped in me.
I didn’t sit down in December to write a “year-end reflection,” but as I’ve stepped into 2026, I’ve found myself returning to the same truth: 2025 asked me to become someone new. And I’m so grateful I listened.
This was the year I stopped holding my dream at arm’s length and stepped fully into it—building a business rooted in calm, thoughtful guidance and a client experience that feels at ease from start to finish.
Not perfectly. Not effortlessly. But steadily—one faithful step at a time.
Because the turning of the year isn’t only a moment for a highlight reel—it’s a moment for meaning.
And because I want to begin 2026 with intention: remembering what worked, honoring what was hard, and keeping what matters most at the center.
In many ways, 2025 was a foundation year.
I refined my services, strengthened my processes, and continued shaping a planning experience that’s both elevated and grounded—one where couples feel cared for, supported, and genuinely able to enjoy the journey.
Behind the scenes, I built the kind of structure that creates a seamless experience:
And I kept showing up for what I value most: meaningful relationships, excellence with grace, and celebrations that feel both beautiful and deeply personal.
I learned that high-touch doesn’t mean always being on. It means being consistent. Thoughtful. Clear. Present.
I learned that boundaries aren’t a detour from great service—they’re often the pathway to it. When the process is protected, the experience becomes calmer for everyone.
I learned that couples don’t only want pretty details (though I love those too). They want a planning process that feels:
And I learned that it’s possible to keep building, even in tender seasons—without rushing myself, without forcing strength, and without pretending.
Not one flashy moment—more like the quiet consistency.
I’m proud of the way I kept choosing alignment over noise.
The way I kept refining my voice and trusting it.
The way I kept leading with proactive professionalism—handling challenges with grace, and protecting the experience my couples deserve.
I’m proud that I’ve continued building a business that honors my family, not competes with them.
And I’m proud of the kind of work I’m making space for: celebrations that are radiant, intentional, and genuinely joyful.
A clearer sense of who I am, what I offer, and what I’m not available for.
In 2026, I’m focused on building with steadiness:
I want every couple I serve to look back and say: “We felt supported. We felt held. We got to actually enjoy it.”
